I have FireTv Stick 4K max version 6460037.1 and my problem starts on the same screen. But with mine, when I try to clear cache with the 2left arrow button, that's when mine doesn't clear the cache, and most of the time freezes. My only way out is also to hit the home button.
for more space why not just use a OTG cable and USB Flash Drive and make it internal drive, i have a 256 gig drive, plenty of space

Im running the update thats causing trouble. My firestick is now running at a snails pace. However, going to download the Xplore file manager its coming up as unavailable. I find this rather strange when its on the amazon download area. ive also tried to download it through downloader but its getting stuck in the verifying stage so i cant install it. Never mind, ill find a way around it. Thanks for the video anyway.
