Hi. I was able to follow your steps but when it came to step 2 I was not able to install Downloader under the developer options.
Great educational video. I got the 4K version yesterday and the Developer Options were hidden. I'd prepared myself in advance on what to do but it's good to know video help is out there. I may need help in the future.

Wow, you were spot on, I have a Fire Cube (2nd Gen). A developer option was available and I used it. Just recently the was an update that hid it the option and deleted Kodi and Cinema. Thanks to you advice I was able to find and reinstall my Hubbie’s favorite. Thanks again!

I am in need of some help! My friend in Washington State bought a firestick. She had no knowledge of how to set it up so I had her send it to me in Arizona. She had no Amazon account that she remembered. As I found out later she did have one, but no payment method set up. I put one of my cards in as she did not want to. Well it somehow knew that she was there and I was here. After going around and around with the Amazon process that is needed before it is satisfied. It stated that her account was accepted an in good order. So I reset the firestick confident all would be well. Everything looked good, so I went to install Downloader and I get this:

We could not complete your order because you do not have a valid payment billing address set up on your Amazon account. Please update your billing address by going to http://www.amazon.com/mykps in a web browser and try again.
At this page her address is correct. What can i do?
