Not a huge fan. I hate the cluttered interface just trying to get to the stuff I want to watch and the worst is when the device resets or updates and I have to enter EVERYTHING all over again. Never had that issue with a Roku or Chromecast.

Hi, what really confuses me is when someone says "cut the cord"? You can never really cut the cord because you always need internet which costs big bucks then you add a streaming service & basically you are back to square one still paying about $150 a month. Where are the savings ? It is all frustrating. I've listened to some of your YouTube & you explain real good but there is still nothing that is cost effective. I live in the UP of Michigan & we are really limited.

How can you get rid of “ghosting”?
* WARNING ** if you reset your firestick back to factory like i did get ready for downloader to stop being able to install apk's and other items to stop working,one of amazons new updates is to remove permissions and there is no way to get them back i spent a whole day in chat with amazon and was told so sad to bad no can help. time to scrap the firestick for something else.
