I’ve got a fire tv box (pre cube) which is working ok but went through the steps in your video to see if there is any improvement. Downloaded Backgroup apps and refresh nd had seven apps open. My problem is with the live sports apps which I just can’t get to work now and can’t seem to update.
I use a 1st gen fire stick 4K (released on Oct 31 2018). Have a 3rd gen fire tv coming in.
