The image below from the official subpoena document submitted by ACE explains the situation:What’s interesting is this statement from ACE’s Executive Vice President Jan van Voorn:“As is stated in the attached subpoena, you are required to disclose to the Motion Picture Association, Inc. (on behalf of the ACE Members) information sufficient to identify the infringers.
