just bought the Kinhank G1 Android tv box working well so far but have Firestick 4K 2nd also

I can’t control the volume with the remote phone.So I won’t be using It.

Has made a big difference when using Downloader and is actually a good Fire tv update for a change! 👍

I still have my Firestick 4K connected to my TV, but it’s now connected alongside my new Nvidia Shield Pro.. The Shield has now become my go to streaming device, mainly since Amazon started to act as judge and jury with regard to my personal use of the Firestick. I will continue to keep my Firestick updated and in use, and also keep watching your most useful channel and website. Thanks Tanya.

Hi, I have a question on why I don't see the app icons on the home page, I can see the square but not the pictures, I have to go to the right to all my apps and then select the app, even if I don't see the picture on the home page, I click the square and it open the app anyway, thanks

Can't see the point of this, by the time you've ponced about with the camera and keyboard, you could have inputed the data via the downloader!

I'm running Fire OS 6.7.0.2, and get the QR code, but my phone browser cant open it, it says "This site cant be reached" 🙁

This would be useful for extremely long urls, but for searching for titles, etc., for me the Alexa microphone button on the remote is the fastest.

But I do have a VPN question… is there a rule of thumb on the best location to choose, i.e., closest, furthest, different country, etc., and how much speed is typically normal to be compromised? I recently did a speed test with the VPN from a location very near me, and went from over 500mbps to 78. That didn't seem right to me. Thanks for always the best videos on Fire devices.

I have a new cube and new updates installed but when I want to scan ( I have iPhone) QR code nothings happen – just blank page.
Is this useful only for USA or GB residents??

Running 6.7.0.2 on a Fire TV Stick 4K. Update is ready to be installed. Looks like the update came through the last few days here in Canada.

I have a Fire Cube 3rd gen software OS 7.6.6.9(PS7669/4007) updated 28/3/24 there is no QR code shown on Downloader

Once they disabled ADB debugging, I was done with Firestick. I've moved to ONN4k and not missing anything about the Firestick.
