Can you do a factory reset while it is still stuck on the amazon logo booting up? Everytime i see that recommendation it is do in the home screen but if i was on the home screen i wouldnt need to reset

I have been trying all the tips you have provided. After reading a few comments I can see you are asking follow up questions.
Seems like to only way for me is to try to do a factory reset using OTG cable
So here is a little more info from:
– Left the stick on all night for around 11 hours.
– Purchased a OTG cable from Amazon, used a Dell USB keyboard. It wont go into Safe Mode.

I've tried all the methods you recommend including the factory reset and nothing responds should I get a new firestick

Thanks so much for your channel which of the UK Firestick channels I find the clearest and most comprehensive. Fortunately I live in Portugal and therefore always use VPN for security and access. One anomaly I am unable to solve concerns UKTV Play.
I have a standard Firestick, a 4K Max and a Fire TV all connected to the same network and same VPN, though never all at once. I can access UKTV Play from the standard Firestick and the Fire TV without problem, but although correctly installed on the 4K max, it will not play after the opening screen. I invariably get the 'Whoops there seems to be something wrong' screen. Any ideas. I have exhausted my Firestick magic, (switch off, switch on, uninstall, reinstall etc) to no avail. Everything else loads and works perfectly except UKTV Play.

The tv shows that the firestick is not connected to the hdmi port.

Could you help please. My Firestick is not actually stuck on the logo – the firetv logo appears for about 6 seconds then disappears with the "HDMI signal lost" message. After about another 3 seconds, it reappears and does the same thing again.

I’ve got 3 fire sticks they all work on my living room tV but won’t work on my kitchen tV all stuck on the boot loop. So I bought a new tv for the kitchen and they all won’t work just like before. Yet I unplug them and try them in the front room and they all work. Very strange and frustrating

My fire stick wasn’t working, saying home network unavailable. I put it in my drawer for a few months. I just took it out and connected to my tv and it was working until it did an update. After the update it has been stuck on the fire tv logo, I’ve tried everything that I found on the internet to fix it. Nothing is working. Any suggestions? My tv only has 1 HDMI tho

I have a Fire TV Gen 3 (Pre-Stick. Square box attached to an HDMI dongle). I can see the FireTV logo when I attach it to a TV and provide power, so I assume there is still something there, but the key combo with the OTG to boot into safe mode doesn't work. I also tried connecting to it via adb (Windows and on Linux) and neither sees the device. Any ideas other than sending this back to Amazon?

Good presentation. Unfortunately, none of these steps worked on initial setup for a new firestick 4K. I am on my 3rd new stick. Same boot loop problem. An Amazon rep confirmed they are having technical issues with a lot of their firesticks. They are trying to narrow down the cause(s).

guys i fixed it, if you have your tv plugged into a power strip, unplug it and plug it back into the wall rather the power strip. it requires more power, once thats done check to make sure your tv doesnt need any updates

you are a JENIUS, PULLED MY POWER CABLE OUT AND LEAD OUT OF THE ADDAPTER, LET IT SIT FOR 5MINS THEN CHANGED THE HDMI PORT. IT BOOTED UP STRAIGHT AWAY.

My fire stick is stuck on amazon and I have had it disconnected for two weeks and I still have the same thing. Is my fire stick done are is something that I can do? I have tried everything on u-tube. Any ideas

Can I use the cheap USB wired keyboard? Or does it need to be powered (internal batteries). My Firestick will not load additional drivers for the keyboard as its stuck in boot mode.

My firestick is showing the firestick logo, but it also changes from the logo to no connection. My other firestick works fine, but the second one is not connecting.
