I'm in the US and have the same update you have on your Firestick. If my VPN is on, I get
app not found on any app I try to download. Turn off the VPN and I can download any app.

you still talking very fast why do you rush your words so much you keep going alskkdkdnjdnwjdn slow down and you wont be slurring your words together all the time. what is the rush, its a teach video and you have an accent so you shouldn't rush. you miss steps when you rush you still haven't told us if we need to go back and close the developer options. ADB debugging ,and apps from the unknown ???
