My firestick is useless because non of the apps I install work so it seems like you need to pay to view one way or another because if you want to see an app then you need to pay a vpn subscription to view it so if I’m going to end up paying to see something then much better I subscribe to cable tv

  19. Once again the UI is less friendly making this the 4th or 5th update not needed. We just need a basic experience. It just keeps getting less useable. I believe I will be moving to an app that omits most of what YouTube is now. If they would ask…I would say no no no. Just like Apple, they feel that they know what we need. They do not. It is all to sell us more product. Shame on YT.

I ask because I can also change it on my Netflix account from a desktop browser and wondered which would be better to have a universal setting. I'm trying to keep everything on a lower resolution because I'm on Hotspot with limited data.

I have a question , when I bought the firestick 4k back when that was new , when ever we use the pause button the screen turns dark and you can't see what you paused to see , is there a way to fix it ? I have been searching for ever no one has a solution our tv is about a year old so pretty up to date , any ideas or just buy a new firestick , thanks for any ideas
