  1. Pls help me out. My kid accidentally reinstalled the tv settings on my Philips 55pus6561/12 android tv which had the new android home screen with the discover, home & apps tab. Now the home screen has gone back to the default home screen without the large adverts. And i actually prefer the new android home screen to the old one.. pls help me get it back. Thanks

  4. Love this Launcher and brilliant video from TDUK as usual. Installed on a Sony Google android TV and works as expected. Also installed on an android JVC TV and launcher installs ok but dont get the option on Accessibility settings to turn Projectivy to ON which then should override stock launcher. Tried reinstalling but no go. Get an error when i hit Accessibility setting "No application to handle this action". Shame as it a major improvement on standard home screen. Still usable but need to launch it manually so not much use. Any ideas?
    Using the following commands i got it working along with Button Mapper app.
    adb shell settings put secure enabled_accessibility_services flar2.homebutton/flar2.homebutton.utils

    And
    adb shell pm grant flar2.homebutton android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
    Works a treat now when you map home button to the Launcher.

Which seems to run the Chromecast TV. a whole lot smoother with less clutter… I was wondering is there any way to add the weather on the project ivy launcher where the time is displayed ??? And thank you so much for all the tutorial videos that you provide us 🏆

    Installed project ivy when try set it up per ur video keeps going back to the home page- a brief window would pop up and says u have to do it manually – how do u download the premium version and is the premium version the one u showed on ur how to do video

  28. Tried to install the projectivy launcher on my 4k firestick. When I get to the accessibility settings step it takes me to the native accessibility menu and the projectivy launcher is not one of the options. Is there some setting I have wrong to start with or is this another case of something not working with OS 6?

    When I go back into the app and click on "Show Accessibility Setting" it flashes a brief (so brief that it took close to 10 tries to get the whole thing) message that says "No shortcut found to launch accessibility setting. Please manually open: Android settings<device preferences<accessibility" My device doesn't have those options.

  29. It's not the same on Amazon devices is it? I actually use the accessibility services all the time because I'm blind, and the screen-reader on Amazon devices doesn't tell you what app you're on in that launcher unless you press the menu button. It just says the name of the category you're on and then "one of one." There's not as many options with that launcher on Amazon devices is there?

  40. Hello TDUK I hope you're doing well. I had my Projective launcher set up to my likings on my Google Chrome with TV when this video first came out …. ( January 18 2023 ) But sometime last night there must have been an update and now everything has changed on my customized launcher that I set up to my likings… Has anybody had the same issue that the Projective launcher has changed their settings differently ???
