    Any chance you can shed some light on an issue if possible please?

    All of a sudden, my amazon silk browser has stop allowing me to play any video content. Eveytime it's on the verge of loading up, it kicks me out and takes me back to the home firestick menu. I have done cache and cookies but still hasn't done anything.

  12. Tanya I don't have your email to email you but my question has nothing to do with the firestick…Is Beetv having problems with downloading stuff from it?
    If so I am using an android with a VPN
    And noticed there has been some changes with where you getting it from off of there
    Those sites are not compatible now compared to say about 1 or 2 months ago.
    Is there another app that works better or has CinemaHD returned and working now?

  35. Hey, can you offer any advice? My 4K Max firestick hasn't ever had any Wifi Problems (Always a stable 200Mbps speed on the test) but yesterday and today the firestick isn't getting speeds of over 80Mbps, it's only 7 feet away from the router. The speedtest on my phone and laptop are still 200Mbps, and my other firestick lite is also getting 200mbps. (Tried rebooting everything and switching from 5Ghz to 2.5Ghz etc) Is there anything else I can try? 🙂

  40. Oh no I never had a problem until today when I tried to go to your store to update every time I try to enter your code in downloader it bounces me out. I watch this video and another one you did a year ago about downloader. When I go to my fire tv. When I click on developer options, ADB debugging is on and apps from unknown sources is on. So I tried to follow the steps in your video and clicked on "about" then I clicked on "fire TV stick" seven times and then I went back and I clicked on developer options again it did not offer download or or any other apps underneath that giving me an option to turn downloader off or on it only offer the same two options a ADB bugging and apps from unknown sources, which again both are on. As a result, I cannot access your store through downloader. I check for updates and everything has been updated on my Firestick. I'm using fire TV stick 2nd generation. Is anyone else having this issue?
