I did everything you did and my fire stick was updated and my developer option was still there , it never deleted so I couldn’t do the 7 clicks ?????

I am following your instructions to the letter, but when I did on the Settings for my fire Stick and I clicked it seven times it said I was already a developer, but there is nothing indicating in my fire Stick that said developer. I lost all my third party apps, when I thought I was updating my. Fire Stick by watching your video on how to reset your fire Stick I thought that would make it faster but instead it erased all my third party apps mainly cinema HD and that’s what me and my family watch and we really like to get it back if we can. Some people say you cannot, but you had indicated you can. Can you please help as I said, I clicked out instruction seven times and down at the bottom and came up and said you were already a developer, but there was nothing indicating a highlight for a developer.
