  1. I have a buffering issue with Kodi that I have had since even before XBMC became Kodi and I have never seen a solution. It doesn't matter what version of Kodi, what addon or what device (trust me) but it happens quite often and I would like to know how to fix it. It only happens on LIVE broadcasts and doesn't apply to stored media like TV shows or movies.

During LIVE broadcasts Kodi does what I call a "buffer dump". It appears to be buffering normally but, once the blue circle goes to 100%, the buffer dumps the entire amount that it buffered all at once. If I am watching a live event and it buffers, let's say that the buffer saves 10 seconds of the video. That 10 seconds in the buffer is supposed to run for 10 seconds as the LIVE portion catches up. Many times it doesn't work that way. That 10 seconds of video in the buffer will play in FF and be done in about 2 seconds. Then you are stuck in a loop of buffering and quickly dumping until the end of time. Any idea how to fix this?
