Good day my friend, most of the time I run into problems with poor stream or buffering is when I use a vpn…I did a speed test yesterday, without vpn it was about 30mbps…with vpn, less than 1mbps! I've tried diff vpns with same result…I've ordered an Ethernet cable, so hopefully that will do the job…thanks for the informative videos…keep them coming😎

Another thing I've found: If you're running a VPN – Exit your streaming app. Go to the open VPN session. Disconnect from whatever server you're connected to. Reconnect to whichever server/city/connection you want. Restart your IPTV app. Staying connected to the same server for days on end, sometimes causes connectivity issues.
The only time I seem you get excessive buffering is at 8:00 through 10:00 at night. What's your opinion on that?
