    I have lodge a complaint on 20/5/2020, till date no positive response has been received from your team.

    It is further bring to your notice that I was in the need of Internet connection so I contacted to one of your agent/representative Mr. Pradeep (07986372262). They explained me about 02 plans and I am agreed to go ahead with UL plan. For UL plan they told me to pay three months advance plus 1000/- fitting charges. All over they told me to pay 3124/- and said that charges will be paid after installation. They said that this is the new format of the company. I chose the plan UL and provide them my ID for registration on 16.05.2020. Same day ID-0002514854 has been generated. It is 20.05.2020 now, no installation has been done. Your representative even not responding to my calls and made excuses. I am getting fedup with all of this. I chose netplus service because of your rating. I must say this type of service will down your rating.

    It is my humble request you to please look into the matter and arrange me to provide internet connection by today as per your norms as I am in urgent need of this.
