  2. The only way to keep at least 1gb of space is by clearing cache especially Amazon apps that sometimes have very large cache even when not being used. Also if you the you use the K app you need to clear cache as it will crash when it is opened again. I usually clear all cache when they hit the Mb range.

  4. When purchasing a Firestick you own the hardware but Amazon own the software and if they do not want you to do something with their Firestick they will update the software which is exactly what they are starting to do. If you want no hassle move to Android box or similar

  10. How come they don't make an app like the one from TDUK to one click background app kill, or one click cache cleaner…all apps that pretend to do so….they all suck and are a hoax. Only TDUK apps were functional and now amazon made them unusable…yes.. Amazon is the devil (you stated yesterday it's not " I used to buy Amazon firestick every time they have discounts….I stopped doing it anymore.😢😢😢😢

  22. The cache of a streaming app becomes enormous because it's often downloading different stuff each time it's used, most of which won't be accessed again. To advise against clearing it periodically is the equivalent of saying you don't ever need to empty your domestic dustbin …

Hello Doc I have a question regarding the apps & processes app, when I have used the Amazon Prime app, I always exit from the app by continuing to hit the back button until it says are you sure you want to exit at which point I click yes. Is this the same as force stop? I have a feeling it isn't. And why can't I just go to the home screen without exiting? The Amazon Prime app never shows up in the apps/processes list I don't know why. It might be because I deleted the app icon not needing it because it's on the remote so I go to application management to force stop the app. is this the only way to force stop or how do I get it to show up in apps/processes? Installing the app wont' work it says I already have it. Thank you have a good day.
