Hey Bob. I have an older Firestick 4K and when i go to my downloader, i click on it, a different screen came up than you showed. It's the one where you put a code or info in the browser search bar. So, im a bit confused in the steps passed that point.

SIR!!!!!!!!!!! I am mad at you because you just changed my whole Firestick life in 5 minutes and did not let me know it was this easy. Of course I am not really mad, I am soooo happy and it's after 4am. You were so informative, accurate, step by step, and I must have paused the video 20 times going through the steps. I actually getting tired of when the front page was idling, it would just start playing like while I am on the phone or sleeping, and it was usually Prime. I was p[aying $40 /month for Prime and Netflix and half the time I already watched anything worth seeing so I ended up watching junk I am paying for. Then when I started watching series and movies over again, I knew it was time to cut the cord for a minute.
WE already have FIOS, full channels which is like $300,455,786 /month yet we keep it because we are working online .doing graphic design, I am working on music, someone is playing STEAM games, or it's me up now hammering away on two browsers at the same time ,etc,etc, all in the same house. That is why I crack up at these dumb videos constantly creating fake 'debates' about Mac Vs PC, because there is no debate. My niece has a Mac laptop and PC desktop running, and I have a PC gamer laptop with 2 different Mac desktops right near my bed. We have multiple Firesticks, so when I want to see 'Xtra" content a few of them are already 'modded'. This one is mine and I am ok with Tubi/Roku/Crackle/FreeVee,etc for now… so THANK YOU…THANK YOU, and THANK YOU…

I'm 'bout to get a gun and shoot my television.
I have the Firestick plugged in HDMI 1 and have video but cannot get sound to my Polk soundbar.
Everything worked fine, and still does with the DVD, when I had cable and all I've done is unplug the cable and plug in the Firestick.
My neighbor is tech-savvy and was here for 30 minutes and did everything we were instructed to do but nothing, and contacting Amazon was useless.
I have tried absolutely everything when I had this buffering problem with my firestick except simply using a vpn. If anyone out there is having buffering issues that could be your fix js!
So, is there a charge if you don’t have a VPN…kinda confusing at the end. I don’t have a VPN……
