A mate has a FS with Flawless installed, the XUI stream supplier gets frequently interrupted and the past couple of weeks it's been completely obliterated, with almost all content unavailable to view.

This has happened to me at least 6 times,I know it amazon trying to force their recommendations done my throat,so I just put them back again,not a lot else you can do,we all know Amazon are Arseholes 👍

Mine looks similar, but the layout is how I normally have it anyway. And the My Apps list is as per I had left it.

For me I also have 6 apps showing, but wasn't that previously 7? (That's a big gap between the Bookmark icon and the first app).

Yes Amazon have been doing that to me about 3 weeks now

Wow I dodged a bullet on this one!! I had ordered a Firestick about a month ago, however, on the day I ordered heard about Amazon's lame changes I cancelled the order immediately. Selected a HackPro box, got it next day and am super happy with it! Blazingly fast, fully certified and 100% custimizable. We have to boycott the Firestick and stop this Apple inspired greed🤮 from spreading!

Great video, found it really useful. I have taken advantage to update my 1st gen stick to the new 4k max, with the black Friday sale, what a difference! Could I make a suggestion? The app I used to use for ages to watch movies and TV, no longer works. How about a monthly video suggesting the best apps to use? I am having to go through them to find which is best. Keep up the good work.

I have a problem, I am based in Austria. I use a firestick with a vpn in the UK. All4 app and my 5 app when I load them it says app needs updating to a up todate version . When I download a new version, it still says update.

No I just checked my firestick and my apps are all there at the top.

So far so good here but the K app is now greyed out and as you mentioned in a previous video they have all but taken control (of the home screen). Android and google gets my $ these days when it comes to streaming devices.

Im having issues with thw app hdo .. It works on my old fire stick but not my new one

Last week Amazon removed every app paid and unpaid from my main screen. The tile you are showing was completely blank. I had to wipe my device and reinstall to get my apps back up on the main screen.

best vpn is SurfShark cost £75 but even changes your router settings

My Netflix has disappeared period. I either have to go into search and click on it or to settings into applications look for Netflix and press launch. It's just not there please help me get it back. Thanks

I agree and found this out and developed a preference to Roko for its less intrusive nature.

I for one am done with the Firestick, I haven't invested in the newer versions because of the restrictions Im afraid they are going to implement. Besides Disney+ and Prime all of my other apps are off loaded . So bye bye Amazon firestick ,hope others follow …

Amazon are a bunch if criminals themselves. Deliberately going into people firesticks and moving or deleting what they want. I even turned off "Offload" and they still continue to delete or remove my app. Everytime, there is an update. More of less daily now, some part of your firestick is messed up. I have to check all my settings are off again. Yet I still continue to lose apps and get things I don't want. Utter hacking criminals.

We need Google to make better devices or someone to target them at their price range that is a big company and you know it's safe. Then I would leave them for sure. But they have been so clever over the last few years. We'll sneaky with hidden agendas more like. They deliberately make all there stuff cheap half of the year so you buy into their ecosystem and then over the years your freedom using their crappy devices has got less less and ads have one up, along with the prices. Memory is cheap now so is storage and everyone's feeling the cost of living but they want to watch you, take over and control you. If they could put speakers or camera secretly in things without them they would. You are targeted non stop.

That's why we need a company that is trusted and can go toe to toe with these mugs and stop using there stuff. It's one thing after the other now. I tried to get a Nvidia cheap as I'm not paying that much for something so old but how they hold there prices is insane. They know they have the best product and it's still older than everyone else's box or sticks by far. They are so overpriced as half of the features I wouldn't use anyway.

My fire stick will not come on it just say load I called them and they asked do I have downloaded app on my stick if so that’s why so they offer to pay some money towards a new fire stick I told them no they can give me a whole one that I purchased they messed it up they can give me another one

@docsquiffy. Did you get the email today 12/28 that Amazon Prime will now have advertising in all their streams, starting 1/29/24? You get an option to pay an extra $2.99 a month for non advertising.
