The link you provided to the remote is not a Keyboard remote but just a standard Fire TV remote,not even a pro remote.

Fire tv app doesn't see my 4k firestick.
I have HD tv, 4k stick, 150 Mbps fibre. There's still a lot of lag watching hockey. When I use Bell streamer, the picture is very clear, never any lag. This tells me the issue is with the stick. I cleared cashe and all that. Any other thoughts or there?
