I use all these apps and recently MovieArk which has a great selection of movies and live TV channels with the selection improving all the time

This thing is the biggest piece of crap. I just ordered it and checked the box to populate it with everything I signed up for thru amazon. First thing nothing was loaded this thing didn’t even know I was a prime member. After about 3 hours of use the actors mouth and the sound didn’t line up. Next I could no longer watch regular cable tv. amazon helper said it’s not are problem call hbo I never even watch hbo thru max. I went back to the fire stick this 23 addition replaced and things went back to slow moving one I had. Don’t discard your old one if you try this piece of junk.

Amazon had it for $39.99 today (Nov. 13) so I bought one to replace the old Fire TV 4k stick I had. It was worth it for the ambient feature, faster processor and more storage.

Great video, so my older fire stick has been updated, and every program especially those on Fubo, displays an orange bar showing the program is being recorded. and each time we turn on the tv, we need to make sure we are not recording. Is this part of the new update? Thanks

I have commented elsewhere miracast is unfortunately disabled in this version. Worth noting if you use this feature.

I have a 2023 LG OLED tv and surprised that watching the same Amazon Prime content with the 4k max seems brighter and more vivid than with the LG’s own app.

Do not buy this fire stick or any other Fire TV device. Amazon is changing its operating system and side loading will be a thing of the past in which most people use this device for.

I've always found that firesticks are limited to 100mb/sec. my computer which is located 1/2 meter from my firestick has 250mb/sec wifi but firestick never gets above around 80mb/sec

I’m thinking of getting this for FuboTV, which has looked like crap on the last couple Samsung TVs I’ve had. I had a Toshiba fire tv in 2021 and Fubo looked great on that, so I’m wondering if since this is a fire stick Fubo would look better on it if maybe the stick was doing the video processing instead of the tv.
