I have seen lots of videos about the new home screen with the icons moved around and a game station type icon to the left hand end. I am in the UK, have exactly the same update version as you on a 4k Max and mine has never changed. I still have the original layout with the profile icon to the left and the settings icon to the right. Amazon must be doing multiple version with the same update numbers. I can confirm that I have this new feature.
Having trouble installing my new firestick. Trying to install. 20.1. I get a pop-up after the step stating back to add-ons. I get a pop-up stating, couldn't retrieve directory information. This could be due to the network not being connected. Would you like to add it any way. Afterwards won't go pass install from zip file. How can I solve this problem.
