Amazon could be set to release a new Firestick feature that could delete apps automatically. Where this could have its good points, there are also a few things that are concerning.
Every time I turn on my Firestick lately there seems to be an update. But are they adding too much and should they just leave things alone?

I don’t want Amazon to control me or my fire stick. If they really care about storage, then the simple solution is to make fire sticks with more memory.

If Amazon deletes any of my Apps I will stop using any off their products…..I paid for it and I will decide what apps I want….notice I cannot delete any of their apps that I never use and are taking space up on my Fire TV Stick…

I don't need a lot of space on my firestick! I only have couple apps that I use to stream my shows or movies. Which I'm able to watch whatever I want including movies that are at theaters. So in my opinion they are trying to stop us from getting free things. Well I'm blacking their ability to do anything

I believe this is a setting called “Auto Offload” in the Applications section of settings which can be turned off. I got a full screen notification when this feature was rolled out that told me I could go disable it if I wished.
