Hi Doc, i've tried both versions on both my 4k stick an shield, have set up accounts and logged in and got full menu's but when l try and watch the actual programme the wheel either just keeps going round or says there's something wrong with my Internet connection. I have made sure the app is going through my Surfshark but nothing seems to work. All other apps that need a vpn connection work great, I've even reset the clock to pacific ocean time zone. Thanks for all your great work but im lost with this one.😢
Even with VPN , getting blocked, will open and try to start and play but then boots you out of the show or movie. App works to search and stuff but not to play. Sorry this is with Nvidia Shield, that APK, haven’t tried the Firestick apk.

I need help with my android tv it's 4.4.3 I can't find Bluetooth even in settings I checked. When I want connect my speakers to it it tells me to turn on Bluetooth but it doesn't have Bluetooth on settings

Hi there. After i downloaded TVNZ app from your website, i went to YouTube. I left my vpn on New Zealand. I saw a NZ commercial for another free streaming app from NZ. It's called "Three Now."
Tried downloadimg both versions of the app from your site to my fire tablet. Installed them both on separate occasions. It says installed but then give no option to open. And then doesnt appear in the apps section.
It only can be found in the settings/apps section where you can uninstall. Nothing else. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Rebooting etc. No joy. Any idea @techdoctoruk?

You need to give us a more trusted app because IPvanish is dirty. My apps are all messed up because of IPVANISH disconnecting every time I turn my TV off and it didn't use to do that last year.
This is a great app my friend. I’ve been able to get it to work on my ONN and Chromecast, but the Nvidia Shield is a no go. They do list Android TV supported devices however, and the Shield is not among them. Thanks for your help!!!
