IPTV Extreme (free and pro) were removed from the Play Store about a week or two ago. Not sure if Google banned the app or if the developer voluntarily removed it. I sent him an email asking if Google banned it. He hasn't replied, so I'm not sure if Google banned it or he asked them to pull it.
