Why do you keep saying "they", did you or did you not say you owned this VPN? Do you have split tunneling? Do you have an obfuscate function? Most ISP's are blocking VPN'S in the U.S. and are starring to block elsewhere as well, or they will turn off your routers UPnP because they are aware of tormenting. This is becoming way to much trouble to contend with.

I took all the steps. Got the pin, entered it and got a message saying… something went wrong. Try again. Even went and got a new pin, but when I'm on Awardvpn it won't even let me put in the new pin. It just keeps saying the same message that something went wrong

And why don't yours get real debrid like the good ones do

Nothing good is free and nothing free is good. I can deal with their ads and will give them a try after I have a firewall and anti-tracking software set up, but I don't mind paying for a high-quality service also.

The last time I used Award, It used to disconnect my WiFi when the time ran out. So next time I used the firestick it wouldn't connect to broadband. I had to uninstall the app and start again. I'll give it another try though, hoping they have fixed this bug.

I was using this VPN site and about a little over a month ago it stopped working. I un installed it and reinstalled it. It is still not functioning. I go through all the steps and after i am done entering the pin and click connect I get an error stating something went wrong try again later. When I click it again it says use a valid pin.
