Hi wy is it saying it will take 4 hours to download and I have been downloading it now for about 4 mins and its not even a quarter the way yet is this normal

I had to delete the file as there was no app on my phone when it downloaded there I could not find the 9now app on my phone so deleted the file as it would not open using a Samsung phone 😢

Impossible to log in on a firestick as you need to open the browser to log in and it closes the app, waste of time.
