I've had the Firestick app on my phone for a couple of years now. Really love it when I use the search function. Easier to type on my phone that to use the remote for text.
All the others I really didn't know. I have to play this again, probably, repeatedly, to find about all of them.

Storage via USB is a must have on the Firestick, HOWEVER, almost all apps don't allow transferring to external without the X-plore app which i am using – Is there an alternative, easier way of transferring apps to external USB?
