Hasn't seemed to update it on the 4K fire stick yet I'm on the latest update have rebooted and all of that and still doesn't come up

I always just “refuse” as you realise you are giving your rights away!!
Never ever just “accept” these rights are being given to hundreds of companies which you see when you expand everything,astounding then you have to individually untick scores of boxes individually !
I got that Cookie notice on my daughter's Firestick 4k Max, but it hasn't appeared on my Firestick 4k Max and checked its fully updated (which it is).
i had it and i accepted it as i only has first party apps only on my firestick.
