Hi.. Im a recent new user of Fire TV 4k Max… I am unable to watch any vod e.g. Cartoon HD as it asks for player to be installed however I am un able to find it and I have tried VLC and MX Pro… can you suggest what player the system is ask for or why the 2 spps above don't work….
