I changed the bottom two buttons, and after a cache clear of Launch Manager I got the bottom right working, the bottom left still connects to the original app. My device is a Firetvstick 4K MAX (next-gen Wi-Fi 6), Any tips?

When you add those apps are they free?

Installed works, but disappears! Could not install! Although downloaded again! Am in U.K. perhaps a U.K. problem

Looks like Amazon is disabling the updated launcher manager daily. It's gone everyday. You can reinstall it, but then it's gone the next day. Same tricks by Amazon. — speculate this will happen for VPN some day.

So 6 months ago got insignia fire tv…. Nothing but trouble I am switching to Roku tv…. Issues 1. Random restarts. 2 it forgets favorite channels. 3 it forgets antenna input looses all channels and cannot even select antenna as input until factory reset 4 always notication message 75% time music. 25% time cannot see ext usb drive every 30 days cannot find remote.

I think it's missing a step. I was having trouble with getting this to work as well. I tried restarting the firestick, still no change. Then I enabled "Home Button Hook" then it opened to another screen that gave me the option to check the box to allow "Launch Manager" to activate the "Home Button Hook". After you allow turn back off the "Home Button Hook" to "Inactive" click the home button on your remote & try the buttons again, they should be working at this point. Hope it works for yall. It is always amazing how many YouTubers "write off" from each other, but each advertise for a different VPN provider.

TV quick actions deserve a vid from you it is a ultimate remapper for a tv cuz it was fully TV made button mapper was made for a phone but ppl use it on a tv more than a phone

Currently not working. Adb debug is on. Redownloaded, wiped data and cache. Nothing. Firestick 4k max. Purchased last week.

Funcionando Perfect no fire stick 4k max. Hoje infelizmente sumiu o aplicativo, mas conseguir desinstalar pelo Explorer, estava nos aplicativos, mas não abria, ai desinstalei. Só funciona por 24 horas, ai tem que instalar de novo, é uma pena não funcionar normalmente.

Not working for me, set it up just like the video but Disney and Hulu keeps redirecting me to download Disney or Hulu because i own it. Any advice? I have the 4k Max.

I have none of the other options when I open the launcher manager. I'll keep checking things out to see if there is another version of this Launcher Manager. Thanks for the content.

This is amazing, but I need this for the alexa remote pro buttons 1 and 2. I want to set tivimate on button 1 but you can only choose installed apps from the amazon store. 🙄 Does anyone have a solution?

Doesn't work. Now that part I understand, that's Amazon's fault. The problem I do have is that you put the install at the end of the video instead of the beginning so I had to watch quite a bit of the video trying to figure out how I was supposed to get the app, because I missed you saying that you would explain it all first. But even if I hadn't, I would have to go to the end of the video, install it, and then go back to the beginning so I could follow it step by step. On top of that you were very pushy and rambling with wanting us to like, follow, etc. If you're good enough it's not necessary to be that pushy. Not impressed.

Tried this today. Not only did it not work, it was removed automatically from my firestick 😮

I am in the US, but I don’t have Disney+ or the Hulu buttons. I have Direct TV and Peacock, and don’t use either one of them.

Launch Manager keeps getting uninstalled within an hour or two of installation. (4k Max stick). Too bad Amazon hates their customers.

Never showed how to get to the launch manager.

(When I say it opens DirectTV or Peacock, I mean the page where you can download it. I don’t have either installed.)
After setting buttons 3 and 4 to new apps, it only works once and then reverts back to the “factory assigned” apps. The default apps for buttons 3 and 4 are DIRECTV and Peacock respectively. Using Launcher Manager, I set them to YouTube and Twitch. I then hit the home key and then pressed button 3 for YouTube. YouTube opened. When I hit button 4 it opened Peacock instead of Twitch. I pressed button 3 again and it went to DIRECTV this time. I opened Launcher Manager again and verified YouTube and Twitch were still selected but the buttons open DirectTV and Peacock. I then changed button 3 and 4 to other apps. Clicked on the home button and then selected button 4. It opened the newly assigned app. Like before, the next time I chose either 3 or 4 it went back to opening DirectTV or Peacock. Do you know why it would be going back to default after one use?

Update: If I toggle Home Button Hook on and then off again, the buttons will work again, but just once, and the it goes back to defaults.

I tried 3 times, and the change only lasted for the first try. Then, it returned to the original mapping. ?? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Any way to map this to a button on the remote, rather than an app. For instance I want to map this to the "Blue Color" button. Appreciate any help in this matter.

I have an Insignia Fire TV with an Insignia Fire remote with the same 4 useless buttons at the bottom, but there is no "My Fire TV" tile in the settings. I clicked on every tile and there is no "Developer Options" in any of the menus. Is there another way to remap the remote?

Does anyone here have step by step, complete instructions for this setup? I've downloaded and am accessing the Launcher app. Feel free to text like you're talking to a 65yr old, pro lighting console operator, that doesn't understand gibberish.

My issue is that since HBO rebranded, the HBO button is failing. It needs to be associated with the rebranded app.
