I pulled out the first edition Firestick the other day for a relative to use, I returned it to factory set-up and did the updates, stopped the Prime trailers and debloated it and was surprised that it runs slow, this seems to happen to most Android based devices at some point in their life and the conspiricy theorist inside me says its done on purpose to get you thinking about upgrading, just to be sure I installed Malwarebytes and scanned the device, it was clean, I force stopped everything and it was still running slow (ish) and I was not making a comparison to the modern firestick, whats going on?

    There are just as good free APP KILLERS available, you need to use Downloader though to side load them, I use Fast Task Killer, just type this app name in Downloader and choose how to setup fast task killer and there is a download button on there.
