  1. I have the newest firestick 4kmax and I thought I set it up right with the external storage according to your video. I can see that I have external storage. However, I'm not getting the 'pin' icon next to the apps (in Manage Applications). I can't find the option to move the app to my external storage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Help!

By the way, my husband and I have gained so much from your videos! You have definitely helped us maximize our television experience! Thanks for all you do!

  2. Great video worked flawlessly the first Time. But I have a problem I have 2 gigs of space open and another 100 gig on the external drive. I have 8 apps that need updating when I try it responds with not enough space? Cleared all caches and removed dada on all the apps that I don’t regularly use. Went in through the tv program and cleared the cache on it also Same problem not enough space to install. Any ideas

  3. Watched all the videos. Ordered and installed the Power Cable. Added OTG cable and then a 1T external drive. Drive formatted per the video, and then verified on screen. Added your example of Plex and it installed to the external drive, and it worked. Now for my question. I deleted some internal installed apps in order to reinstall them to the external drive. They installed to the internal. Is there another way of moving internally installed apps to the external drive. Try four apps and they installed to internal drive. Plex was the only one that installed to the external. Did I miss something?
