I have recently had problems playing apps with my player and vlc. It stops after about 10minutes. It seems to work on internal players. Has anybody else have this problem?

I do struggle with some of the applications that I have. I believe that quite a few came with my firecube and I am unsure of what I safely delete. Like especially the amazon applications for instance etc.. do you have a video talking about the applications if possible?

The audio touches are a good move I guess. But, and it's a HUGE but, the updates killing off launcher customisation is pushing me to Google. I already own one Chromecast with Google TV upstairs, and I'm deffo getting another for downstairs. I think it's faster and with a usb hub I'll have loads of memory. Amazon shooting themselves in the foot methinks 🤷🏻♀️

Update on Feb 24, firestick 4k will not startup in Home Screen, have unplugged, replaced batteries, only getting a screen when I select the Home button down, I only get a screen that shows Profiles, Apps, Sleep, Mirroring and Settings, none of them seem to work. Any ideas, thanks.

My firestick 4k has recently been updated, I can't now access my settings, cannot get to my delete this ,update this, all my settings ,all my apps are on screen, can't change any thing in them HELP.
Does anyone know where we can complain about all these changes we don't want? I agree that I bought this stick and want to use it as I wish without Amazon making choices for me. I cant wait to get rid of Ipvanish they changed for the worst . now I have to keep manually turning on the app all because I didn't wanna renew my Norton app . Norton got me fired from my job playing around with my GPS when they knew damn well I at work. a medical transporter. so now I know that those apps are working together I can't wait to get rid of IPvanish. 100 dollars and they treat me like whatever because of a different app I choose not to keep
