ITVX is a video streaming service, designed for users in the UK only.
ITVX FireStick app is only available for UK residents.
If you try to add ITVX app to your Firestick whilst in Spain, then you may not find it in the available apps in your apps store. This is because it is “geo-blocked”, using your internet IP address to check whether or not you are located in the UK.
However it is possible to manually install the ITVX app on your Firestick.
But for people living outside of the UK, you will also need a VPN or Smart DNS service to hide your “non UK” IP address and access the free content on ITVX.

When I try to open the app it crashes straight away. Any suggestions?
Says App not owned, the same as when try using codes from other You Tubers. I am in US using a VPN in the U.K.

Have tried several APk ITVx downloads from different sources and when the app is loaded I get the same error as others…"You do not own app". I'm in Canada and using IP Vanish set to UK….

Does not work even with VPN and Amazon set on UK, Amazon won't let you add the UK channels.

We are in Spain, fire stick is set to English, after download it comes up in a grey screen saying app not found in Spanish, but we can see the app underneath it? What can we do….
I have been trying today to get itvx on my fire stick in Spain. It comes up not found after download, l left it on this page for 5 mins then itvx page came up, l put in postcode then went to live view and paired my phone app to the tele by signing in, now l am watching live itvx🎉 l hope this helps anyone out there

So deleted then went to main App Store all whilst running nord for UK still no luck, it says can’t find itvx app.

Is anyone else unable to pause any programs on itv x on the fire stick? Is there a fix for this? Based in Ireland.
This is tricky, I have spent months going back and forth to get this app working. When you get the message app not owned, there is another message pops up very quick asking for more info, you need to click on it and click yes to allow cookies, then it will ask your for your UK post code and it will load. Then it starts working good.
Cannot install, app not installed it says
Although I got it working by setting my Firestick to the UK on my Amazon account, ITVX is still the worst streaming app. It's hard to watch anything on it because it crashes non-stop. I never have any problems with BBC iPlayer, or the Channel 4 player, just ITVX.
