Thank you TDUK, MX Player is great, Amazon will screw it up just like everything else, Amazon just wants to control everything we do on our devices, Which should be illegal since we have purchased the device we should have control of how we use it.

Soon, there's going to have to be a direct hack into the stick bypassing everything amazon. Sounds like the old dish/ direct TV access card hacking.

MX Player Pro is hands down the best player…Amazon will, no doubt…break it. I hope I'm wrong, but…Amazon 🤦🏼‍♂️

Amazon is close to losing a customer with their bullsh*t. Wish I wasn't already tied up with the legal system with other crap, otherwise I would look into starting a class action lawsuit against Amazon changing my device on their own with unwanted updates therefore making a device I purchased different from what I bought. It's like buying a refrigerator that cools your food to now cook your food after an update.

I will never get "Disney +" because of their Woke stance.

No matter what Amazon does , I'm confident you will find a way to by pass their process.

Love watching your uploads DOCTOR and Amazon when they came out I had one given free and never even opened it I love android boxes bought one 2014 when launched and still have one now I don't like a product what you can't control it's like being back at school people need to stop buying em give them a taste of control it's gone to there heads at AMOZIN HQ

This is the exact reason I have NOT recommended Amazon Firestick products for months now. I tell all my friends interested in streaming to get an android box or Onn or Dynalink boxes. My family has even gone so far as to cancel our Prime accounts and have drastically stopped ordering from Amazon.
I know we are only one family and will not be missed. However it's my peace of mind to not support oppression by a company by controlling what I can do with my device after I purchase it for a specific reason.
I feel better so far about my decision to not support Amazon any longer.

Well hopefully they don't give enough of a crap about my FireOS 6 devices to block the remapper… but they're really pushing me away from their products. I'll probably be getting a Chromecast or something sooner rather than later.

Also, big MX Player fan, and have been for a long time. It's the only player that actually does all the things I want it to do. It does have issues with aspect ratio on some X265 files, but those are few and far between. VLC on Fire has this persistent half second audio delay that makes it unusable. It's been that way forever and they won't fix it.

Need some vids on the best replacements for the 4K max and 3rd Gen cube as more and more people start to abandon all Fire devices because of these insane control tactics. They are sinking their own ship..

Hooked my vcr/dvdppayer back up and have a collection of 70’s,80’s,90’s early 2000’s movies that arent woke or ruined by tons of adds 🎉.
