I own an Android super box as to Pro and I know other people that have them too and now all the sudden there's no live TV have you heard anything about that

Question my 4k remote works as it should but when trying to use Alexa voice after I'm done saying something and letting go of the button a little blue light on the right hand side of the button blinks 10 times and also it doesn't answer my request on play Netflix or anything like that it just blinks every and the other one I left the voice button go any advice would be great I've checked every Google Amazon forum no luck I've unplugged it all night the batteries have been out all night I unpaired and repaired the remote I've done all kinds of things and nothing has worked in a remote was working perfectly I went to use it and out of nowhere it started acting up any advice would be great thank you so much

Thanks this is great. It worked first time. Deleted my old tv from the remote and added the new one. All the other help forums online were useless, saying unplugging this and pressing 3 buttons at the same time for so many seconds. Nothing worked till I tried your very quick and simple method.
