  3. Hello Doc, I think there is perhaps some sort of a bug in Def Squid. I have 2 TVs each with a Firestick. One has the 4k Max, and the other a Firestick 3rd gen. I installed DefSquid on both. It found the same app harmful on one, but not the other. I will list 3 apps where there seems to be a conflict. One we use quite often is "Downloader," another is "Plex", and the 3rd is "Haystack News." Not sure why it is finding the same app both harmless and harmful? Also, I'm not sure why "ES File Explorer" was deemed harmful I would appreciate any comment. Thanks!

  8. Great work Doc. I found it strange that a App from Google (Slideload Launcher) was flagged, but with the new blocking software that’s out I have logged out google on my streaming devices. The others I’ll DL direct from the source and see what happens. Appreciate the Great work.

  17. Hi doc, just to let you know that I downloaded it, and found 4 malicious apps, which I deleted. One of them was the ITV X app, which surprised me, so I'm going to reinstall it from Fresh again and retest.
    I have another question with regards to the BBC iPlayer app. I'm currently in Spain as I have a home here, and I use the Nord VPN, which is generally superb,
    I have a super network connection fibre which is generally well over 200mb speed, I've just done a factory reset on my fire stick, thinking that may help.
    But I'm finding when I use the BBC app the speed dramatically drops to something like 3 to 5 MB, wondering whether you had any advice or any thoughts on this situation? All the other apps seem to work fine Channel 4 Channel 5 .Thanks for your help loving the channel. Keep up the good work mate Steven 👍 in Spain 🇪🇸
