As usual thank you Doc, unfortunately I factory reset my fire stick a few months ago because I fell asleep and rolled over on it.. 😂

Last night my cube totally stopped working said I was connected but not to internet I did everything from unplugged it from electric outlet even reset it I'm using cube it took about a hour for it to reconnect I don't know what happened I think Amazon had problem but not sure .thanks for video

My 4k firestick kept randomly shutting down & rebooting itself. I did a factory reset & reloaded the apps. So far that helped, just in case anyone is having this issue RESETTING FIRESTICK helped 👍 Chi-Town USA

Ok hope you can help an old lady here. Have a sharp aquos smart tv – firestick stop working tried TONS of videos even pulled out tv remote- now the tv will only turn on with tv remote an shows HDMI1 for half a second then shuts off, everything is still connected which video should I try-I have really messed things up?

Why would anyone in their right mind go do this and have to figure out where they got all their apps from. Lol. Just keep it clean, keep at least 1 gig of free space. The cache files fill up fast. Clean it regularly, by going into manage installed apps and force stop and clean cache on anything that is not in kilobytes. Check the VPN location, sometimes the one you are using is slow. Remember if you are using 3rd party apps with streamers, that the streamer could be the problem. Follow basic troubleshooting and you should have no problem. Reboot your firestick at least once a week. KEEP IT CLEAN.
