I haven't gotten the update yet but I was able to download a clean version from another firestick blogger

I had a strange one it kept saying not enough free space to install when updating which is strange as I install to a 32gb stick with around 20gb of space!!!! Anyway just uninstalled and reinstalled and it's working fine again..

Hi doc deleted background app two days ago reinstalled it today and now it's back working as it should no problem it's been fixed fan-tas-tic 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thanks for the update. Had 5 apps open and before I attempted to update the background app I forced closed all of them . The only problem I am having now is if I tell it to clear the cache on any app it shows it went to zero. After clearing the app that we’re running in the background and telling it to clear the cache, if I toggle back through the app all the cache I cleared is back on. What am I doing wrong?

It took me a few goes but it uploaded and working fine.

Hi doc can you figure out what happened to ustvgo and recommend a replacement

The new one is working well. However, it was a bit confusing in the App Store with the old, Legacy version still there. I had eight apps open. Some, however, I normally whitelist, such as the VPN privacy.and wolf launcher. It would be useful if sometime you would do a video on what apps you should leave open all the time. For instance, I don’t know whether I need to leave launch on boot or launch manager open once the system has booted. Really appreciate your videos and they were the first ones I go to on my fire stick.

The tip about how to update a specific app was new to me and will be very useful in the future!

I have amazon prime video and amazon fire multimodal smart home shown on this app and I cant force stop it at all. all it says is uninstall clear data and clear cach. Also do you know of a app I can use to adjust my screen size on the second gen fire stick the one on the fire stick has been disabled and my TV modes don't have over scan.

Something iffy about this version. It pays by tracking Firestick usage for Facebook and selling the info. It cannot be turned off by itself and the Data can't be deleted. I turned it off manually. Well, I hope I turned it off.

So how do we get like discovery + and peacock to update? When downloading them off of your site they don’t work say they need to be updated. And the apk updater won’t update any of the apps.

I didn't need to do that I downloaded it during the bug but left it for few days it worked fine.

Can you put a link to this app and how to get the most from it I've been looking for your video on it
