I have a FIreTV 2nd Gen (metal box) that gets stuck in Optimization. I tried those ideas to get it out of Optimization but no luck.
I messed mine up. Probably by removing the the factory launcher by following some youtube video. Now it just boot loops forever.

what do you do if you ended up using the remote for another fire stick and now trying to get it working and you have the remote connected and you have tried everything else
Good videos. I have a clumsy problem. I installed the Play store and it stayed on the logo and I tried all the possible meters and nothing. I had to buy another device. if you know of a solution

Most of the time, you plug it in and let the logo stay for at least 25min. It somehow resets it self. Worked of me of the 2 I have with that problem.
What I lose everything that I download it if I factory reset it
Mine still does not work. I've tried all of the fixes on Amazon's forum and videos.
Add me to the numbers. Nothing works. Tried it all. Won't even factory reset. I liked the firestick better than the roku but now we just use the roku. No plans on replacing it.

Your video is useless and you should probably just save time and leave out with every human in the world would do when a device doesn’t work and that’s unplug the device from the wall. You should also probably try speaking the language properly before you make a tutorial video.

When nothing worked, I dismantled the whole device from each of the points, let it rest for 10 mins. Then I removed the adapter to the HDMI cable & made it direct. It has worked! There is some update happening for 10 mins. Fingers crossed! Will update in a day.

it's literally "unplug it and replug it again and if that doesn't work do a factory reset".
you know all… of the exact same things that everybody has already done before they even start looking for a video on this. and we don't need step by step instructions to unplug each individual thing and you don't even need to unplug all those things.
you can tell it's not your TV by the fact that there is an Amazon logo on it… if it was your TV or you have your HDMI settings incorrect or the port was bad then you wouldn't see the logo in the first place. come on.
