Problem with this app, is if you got a VPN on it terminates it, so you got to remember to reconnect it again, there is a different app called "Ram Booster" you can select apps not to terminate (white list) other thing it can do is delete cache files (select which one's you want gone) only down side is you get ads, 90% can just use remote to navigate to close ad, and others you need mouse app or real mouse to close ad.

Thanks for this.it's got my red box t.v. app working again. and it hasent worked for 6 months.still getting problems running and opening kodi.i know to delete it and download it again.i don't realy need it I have if duplicated on my phone.but I'm still.learning and I nearly 70.Thanks very helpfull I kind of knew apps never turned themselves off and ran in the background.making the firestick run slow.

  15. Great informative video. I’ve used both Background App and Process List and Fast Task Killer for quite a while.

    The one click solution of Fast Task Killer is nice but I wish it had an option to exclude certain apps from the one click kill process. That would make it perfect.

    There are 4 apps that I always want to run in the background for functionality , my VPN, VPNsafetyDot, Mouse Toggle and LeanKey Keyboard. A toggle would make the app perfect for me.

  22. I use Background Apps and Processes and I have a 12 tasks open sometimes and I don’t find it that time consuming to hit force quit then back and repeating that to close them all.
    I do it every night and go to My Fire TV and put it to sleep before I go to sleep.
    I have tried Fast Task Killer and unless I’m doing something wrong once I run it and then go back into Background Apps and Processes the apps are still running so it’s not actually doing anything.
