In today’s video Rennie shows his neighbor Bubba, (and the rest of our Smarthome Riggs community) how to setup TinyCam Pro on a Fire Stick to monitor his Wyze Cams in real time. Which allows him to monitor his home from his office, using his Fire Stick. Or from anywhere in the world, using his Android tablet.

Check out our video, and leave us a comment to tell us if you’re using the TinyCam Pro app with your cameras. TinyCam Pro has been around for a while, (since way back when Rennie and I first started using Foscams for our smart home cameras) but we didn’t learn about this kind of setup using more than 4 cams at a time, till we saw a video a few years back from our friends Bob & Sue over at Lucky Dawg Productions. You can check out their original video here, ( ) and if you leave them a comment, let them know Smarthome Riggs sent you.

  1. If anyone has started seeing the TinyCam Pro App asking for a Wyze 2FA passcode and you don't have 2FA turned on, check to see if you have "Version: 15.3.9 – Amazon Appstore" installed like me. If so this is the issue. I reached out to the dev and they just replied to me an hour ago and said,

"Yep, this is the problem. Wyze login issue fixed in tinyCam version 17.0 which is available for Android 9.0+ devices. I'm working on a fix to allow tinyCam 17.0 to run on older Android. Expect it to be released around the end of this week."

FYI, Currently The Amazon Appstore is showing "Version:17.0.4-Google Play" is the latest, but when I try to download it, because of the fireOS, it still gives me the "Version:15.3.9-Amazon Appstore" . But hang in there, They are working on it as we speak and the new compatible version should be there soon. I hope this helps.
