I have the pro1 and the blue tv wont work now.. do you think you can help i restarted it but no luck..maybe its time to upgrade.. does the older version have a expiration?
I've seen reviews of these things freezing up after a few months. Is there any way to backup software and reinstall or a website that facilitates a clean install?

It is NOT what I expected
I was under the impression that I would just be able to plug it into my cable modem and into my TV's HDMi and then see a big menu of "cable tv" that I could see for free"
Well that is not the case.
The included instructions SUCK, it has block diagram showing the hookup and that is it. Nothing telling you what all the buttons on the remote are for and when to press them
Apparently you have to "set it up" and you are supposed to "just know how to do it' As said there are no included instructions and it does not really have "set up wizard' you can get to the "main menu" easy enough but from there your are supposed to just know what to do and what buttons to push and when to make it all happen.
Other vids I have viewed will run through the steps QUICKLY but never give t to you step by step and in "push this button, now push this one IE "superbox for dummies"
Now even if I could "figure it out" I read that in 6 months it MIGHT quit working anyway

It’s down a lot. Can’t watch a full movie without it freezing and down for maintenance. None of us have had any service at all 2-8-23 / 2-9-23. Without any notice. It also says 24/7 customer service and that’s not true at all. Comes with no directions or warranty at all. Stumble thru it from hook up to finding tv. It’s in my book a toss up Cheaper than cable I guess.
There is no menu. You better know what you want to watch and what channel it’s on and what network. The remote sucks
I bought one online and now the live tv feature no longer works. I e tried contacting the company but am getting very sketchy responses. Who administers the IPTV streaming service? Did I get scammed?
