Slight correction. Netflix doesn't work in the Oculus Browser BUT Disney Plus should work just fine. Alas I can't test all streaming services through the Oculus Browser. Amazon Video has it's own app for the Quest like Netflix does.
I’ve been thinking of getting a quest 2 but my friend has said he had heard that to play games that are bigger like medal of honour you need a pc do you know if this is true?
Can you just go on the browser and install the app trough the website
Have an Oculus Go, similar issues with Matt's add-ons with DRMed content. Maybe something with Widevine? Did you ever get an answer?
