Andhra Chicken Pulao Recipe:
For the Paste:
Green Chilli – 6-8 nos
Other Ingredients:
Ghee -2 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Cardamom – 3nos
Clove 3 nos
Cinnamon – 1-inch
Bayleaf-2 nos
Mace 1 no
Star Anise 1 no
Cashew Nut- 10 nos
Onions-1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste -2 tbsp
Chicken 750 grams
Turmeric Powder – % tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt-2 % tsp
Garam Masala Powder – % tsp
Curd-4 Cup
Coriander Leaves -V4 Cup
Mint Leaves -4 Cup

Basmati rice -2 cups

Cooking Instructions:

1. Make the paste from the green chillies.
Set aside.

2. Wash the rice and soak for 15 minutes.

3. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee and oil together. Add all
the whole spices.

4. Add the cashew nuts and the onions, Saute until
golden brown.

5.add chilli paste.

6.. Add the ginger garlic paste and the previously prepared paste. Add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and garam masala.

7.Add the curd, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Mix

8. Add the chicken and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes.well. Cook for 5 minutes.

9. Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil. Add the soaked rice.

10.Pressure cook on high heat for 1 whistle, then low heat for 1 more whistle.
