Go into settings – Streamformat and change between MPEGTS and HLS to HLS then save
Go to settings then timeformat and change to 12 instead of 24
Go to settings then video setting then enable openES & openGL then save
have it on software decoder
check your internet and make sure signal is solid, better connect through ethernet and avoid using wifi
last but not least make sure your iptv provider is reliable and have a solid streaming server
