after clicking 1st save and contine on OAuth consent screen it says An error occurred while saving your app in red below save and continue

You also have to add your self as a Test user in google api (missing step in video). add the e-mail adress.

Tip: you can connect to kodi using localip and port setup in kodi settings ( default 8080 ) and use the bottom right option to send text to kodi

Thanks man! Mine broke and I couldn't remember how to fix it. This was exactly what I needed. Worked like a charm. For anyone reading this, I did need to delete my existing key/ID/secret from Google and Kodi. I then created new ones on Google and entered the new values to the Kodi app so yeah, do that lol. Cheers!

Thanks for this. If you want to login I found you need to set yourself as a test user. (That may be something new since you uploaded this) Other then that this worked great.
