This reminds me of the Napster lawsuits someone was fined $222,000 for P2P streaming of albums on Napster but there was no way she was going to be able to pay that, most people who were fined declared bankruptcy and the fines were written off but the woman who was fined $222,000 did not declare bankruptcy and there is no record of the fine being paid, so at the end of the day no one involved expects these fines to be paid so its purpose is just scare tactics

DISH will not get $13M. I wonder what content was originated by DISH? They just stream other programs, nothing is originated by DISH.
