My providers’ service works on my fire stick, I can access from my iPhone via web but it never worked on my Apple TV 4K using the IPTV smarters app. I can login and see the channels but when I press on any channel I get the message “sorry this video can not be played. Please try again or pick another video” thanks in advance for your help and support.
