The team at Kodi Fire IPTV strongly suggests that you use a VPN at all times. Be it for browsing, watching Kodi, watching IPTV or anything else – the one that we recommend is Hidden Router. They provide you with very fast speeds, that can reach over 400Mbps, and their VPN service is as low as $6 per month (when paid for 2 years)! Grab your own Hidden Router and regain your online privacy now!
The only problem I have is At&t is blocking Apollo group tv for me even with VPN which sucks. Unfortunately haven't found another iptv service like apollo second best service I have tried I miss Gears.
The best way to avoid this B's. Is to pay for the cheapest IPTV. $5.00 and you won't have any more problems at all .if you can't afford .$5.00 then struggle with all the bullshit.
My friend, excellent explanation about the real problem of the buffering issues, at the begginning I was certain that could be the IPTV provider or the IPTV Service itself, and now I am more than satisfy that my theory was real. And I want to say thanks so mucho for the clear and present exposition of the real buffering problem, there is not perfect IPTV, but you can fin at least one better than so many that are offer in Youtube. And beside to reset the router and clean cache at fire stick application every week.
Many ways to fix the problem 1) change url to output=m3u8 instead output=ts 2) change router to 5 Ghz 3) change iptv client. xciptv, tiviMate, GSE Smart IPTV
I found different channel players make a difference because of their streaming codecs not sure if some have better compression but my friend had only a 10/100 ethernet adapter I have a gigabit, his worked better with his channel guide than mine on a gig connection.
I have an Nvidia Shield Android box that I bought brand new, I keep the cache data cleared on all my apps, I force stopped all my apps, I have a VPN, my internet speed is great – over 300 Mbps download, 16 Mbps upload, etc. ect. and my IPTV is "STILL BUFFERING!! Everything that I have tried won't get rid of the "Live TV" buffering! I am so frustrated! Please, can somebody help me? Maybe there is something that I haven't tried yet?

I fixed buffering issue by changing the Media Player from IJK to Auto or MPV
